to note that the facts of pure political spotlight is puro gossip e pettegolezzo sterile:
In riferimento ai fatti accaduti nei mesi di luglio ed agosto c.a. (2008), afferenti ai toni irriguardosi usati nei confronti di alcuni componenti della Segreteria Regionale del Lazio, dirigenti Nazionali e Regionali, dalla sig. Monia Lustri si rappresenta quanto segue.
La sig. Monia lustri ha posto in essere comportamenti che si pongono in assoluto contrasto con quanto presisto sul punto dal regolamento Regionale (quale non esisteva alcun Regolamento Regionale?) e Nazionale (quale articolo, dimenticato?)
Si elencano, per brevità, solo alcune delle azioni poste in essere dalla predetta ed in particolare:
1) invio di messaggi dai contenuti ingiuriosi (mai forniti come prova) and anonymous phone calls (if they have souls as is attributable to me? mystery) by night (hours 1:00 to 3:00 to Sen. Stephen subscripts, Salvatore Dodd, Manetti clear in some of this content was made against the offensive a Scripting 'Attorney Angela Leonardi, to the Board Mary Villani, using words to limit the lawsuit. (A part of the bracket that was never closed, the phone calls with injuries especially to those people never existed, never had a relationship of confrontation Salvatore with Dodd and Chiara Manetti, who at the time the reports were healthy until the date of September 8, 2008, just so happens to coincide with this document which is precisely on that date, but I find it compared to only 9 September The throttle, and never heard of Dodd, I have discovered with the arrival of this act that I would call that content and not as it was, three phone calls where I asked directives regarding my job. Note that Mr (relative to me) is written in lower case and all their other positions in capital letter)
2) insults the work of Senator Patrick Bugnano the inbox, to be with Senator Pedica inbox as visible as anonymous (anonymous box is new to me, if there is let me know what you need and how to do it when no mail is ever produced as evidence at least it was for me to verify that it was actually one of my real mailbox. MA this is the law IDV demo Lazio ago?)
3) offenses and questionable accusations of the regional organization of women of IDV, with respect to wasting money by the treasury; (false never hurt the performance of a structure Unfortunately, I also participated in the tables where we were told that Congress vote divevamo chick at the regional and the national Caia and no other, in fact there was a motion to regional lazio only, not finding the thing attended undemocratic)
4) dissemination by the press ( mail and sms) personal matters of some supporters of the Party and the Regional Secretary (where sti sms and mail circulation of facts that do not concern me? never emerged)
5) before admission to the Secretary Regional Sen. Pedica and the Head of the Secretariat, Salvatore Dodd, had deliberately sent emails and made phone calls at night, August 27, declaring that he intends to put an end to such behavior (never admitted something that I never done .. also make nice self blame, want to do justice reform these people? 27, had been called extended regional executive but apparently that was not the real reason for me to bear them, complained that a few days before Leoluca Orlando told me that I still go once in either case if they wanted me out there I did the same)
6) after having declared its intention to terminate the conduct referred to above, ha continuato ad inviare sms ed ha fare telefonate anomine dal contenuto diffamatorio ed ingiurioso (qualcuno mi spiega se uno telefona e fa ingiurie e diffamazioni come si può esso eventualmente definire anonimo? per capire se erano confusi o se erano coscenti di ciò che scrivevano e di ciò che i probiviri hanno preso come oro colato, cosi come Di Pietro che non ha bloccato questa situazione ai limiti del paradosso tragico comico)
Si rende noto che sono state bloccate due querele contro la sig. (sempre in minuscolo notare) Monia Lustri per molestie ambientali per non aggravare la di lei posizione.
L'Ufficio di Presidenza, preso atto di tale comportamento e della mancanza di volontà di porre dine a detto comportamento, per il tramite di azioni diffamatorie ed ingiuriose nei confronti di alcuni Dirigenti di Partito, nonhcè petulante nei confronti di alcuni Deputati. (e quali deputati si sarebbero lamentati se a chiamarmi erano loro? sono amici a differenza di chi invece voleva addossarmi accuse non veritiere e non provate).
SOSPENDE
la Sig. Monia Lustri dal partito (e sti cazzi meglio con certa gente meglio fuori che dentro, no?) e da ogni attività attiva o passiva fino al 31/12/2010
(peccato che da statuto non si può sospendere una persona per gli anni in cui non è iscritta al partito, per cui questo atto nella forma era di già nullo, ma non è stato annullato manco per cazzo, venne convalidato senza alcuna prova a sostegno delle accuse, fino al 31/12/2008).
QUALCUNO REGOLAMENTI I PARTITI VISTI I MEDODI AUTOGESTITI, AUTO ACCUSATORI, SENZA DIFESA PER I TRISTE CAPITATI.
